Hello! My name is John Minyard.

As the former 15th Fleet Master Chief for the United States Navy US Pacific Fleet, and a TOPGUN instructor, I've led more than 140,000 sailors, marines, and civilians, including relief efforts during the devastating 2011 Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan, often referred to as the Great East Japan earthquake. This triple disaster, which also included the Fukushima nuclear accident, tragically claimed over 18,500 lives.

With over a decade of civilian experience as a Business Consultant and Project Manager, I've dedicated myself to helping businesses prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. My passion lies in improving leadership development and operational methods to safeguard lives and ensure organizational resilience.
